A dual 50 cdr release of both Sociotree and Discos Compulsivos/Luv Luv of Barcelona, Spain, Dead Geography amounts to the collaborative jams of Mir andSummer Recreation Camp over the this past summer. Mostly improvised and essentially without instruments, save samplers, effects, and the human voice,Dead Geography is embodied by dysfunctional melodies, rhythms, and blurbs that never quite come together.

In the past two months we have been putting together the first Sociotreereleases, both limited editions, and have just finally finished them up. Jane Bowles and La Bronke’s Figure Head debut release is an edition of 30 tapes, with a DIY design and cover images ranging from construction to demolition derbies.
